When I would contact her for a viewing, Jill would respond quickly with an apptmt. lined up. 2.) She would research before the apptmt. as much information possible about the house and property and any legalities involved with it. 3.) When viewing a home, Jill would point out the good features as well as the bad, was never pushy, and gave me plenty of time and space to carefully look through and also privately confer with anyone who had come with me. 4.)
